AIR
DUCT CLEANING
Certified Mold Free is experienced and qualified in standards
pertaining to the cleaning and sanitizing of residential air duct
systems.
During the initial inspection of the HVAC system one must determine
if there is mold growth in the A/C ducts or in the air handler.
If mold is detected, we can perform corrective cleaning to the
HVAC system in order to achieve and maintain acceptable indoor
air quality.
Certified Mold Free will use state-of-art air duct cleaning
and sanitizing techniques. Do not get our corrective cleaning
and sanitizing process confused with normal maintenance cleaning
of the HVAC system recommended to remove dust, dirt and debris.
Corrective air duct cleaning and sanitizing are performed exclusively
to ensure the removal of mold contaminants.
Upon completion of corrective air duct cleaning and sanitizing,
clearance testing is performed. Clearance testing must take
place after every remediation job, regardless of size. Clearance
testing provides confirmation that the project has been satisfactorily
remediated.
