Established 2003. We are a leading South Florida Building Contractor specializing in microbial remediation using green, chemical-free methods of remediation. We do not use any toxic chemicals, and our focus is on removal/elimination of the mold or microbial growth. We are experts in the AC, ductwork and construction defect related problems that cause air quality problems for mold sensitive people. When we restore the air quality in a home or office, we fix the cause of the problems.
All work is overseen by Gary Rosen, PhD, company president and chief technologist. Dr Rosen is a PhD biochemist from UCLA, and studied under Nobel Laureate Dr Paul Boyer for his doctorate.
Dr Rosen is also a state of Florida authorized training and exam provider for the State’s Mold Assessor and Remediator licensing program. We are the only State authorized exam provider who is also a working contractor. We are out there fixing houses every day, and we give our students the benefit of our many years of experience.
